History & Background of the Pfeffermühle.

A place. All possibilities.

Quality prevails: Ute and Manfred Rosenkranz have been running their renowned catering and event service for over 35 years.
In 1990 Silke and Dirk Rosenkranz entered the already thriving business and opened together
1999 with the parents the popular 3 star superior Hotel Pfeffermühle with restaurant, conference and banquet rooms.
In 2008/2009 the Rosenkranz family expanded the hotel by 15 comfortable business rooms and 2 professionally designed conference rooms.
So that a total of 3 banquet and 6 conference rooms are now available for events for up to 100 people.
To the delight of her parents and grandparents, Jannik (since 2013) and his younger brother Niklas Rosenkranz (since 2015)
their future in the Pfeffermühle – a valuable support, because both juniors are trained chefs and Jannik Rosenkranz
additionally graduated as a business economist for the hotel and restaurant industry at the Dortmund hotel management school.
Every year, the Pfeffermühle is recognized by the Michelin Guide. The hygiene smiley is also awarded regularly.
Our motto “Pure pleasure” and “The best for our guests” led to the fact that the number of regular guests
continuously growing in both the catering and hotel sectors.
Many well-known companies are valuable references for the Pfeffermühle.
